Ezauq provides digital software and online services only. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so no physical shipping, courier, or postage charges apply.

All Ezauq products are software as a service (SaaS) delivered over the internet through your online account. There is nothing to physically ship, and no shipping or handling fees are involved at any stage.
Once your payment is successfully processed and your account is verified, your subscription is activated and access is provided through your Ezauq dashboard at www.ezauq.com. A confirmation, along with any login or setup details, is sent to your registered email address.
Standard account access is usually activated immediately, or within a few minutes of a confirmed payment. Some features depend on approval from third party providers, for example official WhatsApp Business API setup, phone number verification, or Blue Tick (green tick) verification. These steps are reviewed by the relevant provider (such as Meta) and may take additional time that is outside our direct control.
Our services can be accessed online from anywhere they are supported. The availability of certain integrations or features may depend on your region and on the third party platforms involved.
If you have completed payment but have not received access, please first check your email spam or junk folder. If you still need help, contact our support team and we will assist you in restoring access as quickly as possible.
