This Refund Policy is issued by Ezauq Private Limited (“Ezauq,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and explains how refunds are handled for the digital subscription services we provide through our website www.ezauq.com (“Site”) and our Customer Portal. As our products are digital and delivered electronically, there are no physical goods to return; this Policy sets out when and how monetary refunds may be issued.
Unless otherwise defined here, terms used in this Refund Policy carry the same meanings as defined in our Terms of Service.
Our plans (Growth, Pro, and Business) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in US Dollars (USD). Additional user seats and any usage based credits are charged as displayed at checkout and within your account. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges until you cancel.
New customers may request a full refund of their first subscription payment within seven (7) days of the date of purchase if they are not satisfied with the Services. After this period, all payments are nonrefundable, except where a refund is required under applicable law.
The following are not eligible for a refund:
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a refund only within the seven (7) day window from the date of purchase or renewal. After this window, the annual fee is nonrefundable for the remaining term of the subscription.
To request a refund, email us at hello@ezauq.com from the email address registered to your account, including your account details and the reason for your request. We may ask you to verify your identity before a refund is processed.
Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method used at purchase, normally within seven (7) to ten (10) business days. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. To avoid being billed, you must cancel before the trial ends. If you do not cancel, your subscription will continue and the applicable charges will apply.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank, so that we can review and resolve the matter directly and more quickly.
This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
We may update this Refund Policy occasionally. All changes will be posted here and dated below. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
