Cancellation policy

Effective as of June 2026

This Cancellation Policy is issued by Ezauq Private Limited (“Ezauq,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and explains how you can cancel your subscription to our services, available through our website www.ezauq.com (“Site”) and our Customer Portal, and what happens after you cancel.

Unless otherwise defined here, terms used in this Policy carry the same meanings as defined in our Terms of Service.

1. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing or Subscription section of your Ezauq account dashboard, or by emailing us at hello@ezauq.com from your registered email address. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

2. What Happens After You Cancel

When you cancel, you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again.

3. Monthly and Annual Plans

Cancelling a monthly plan stops the next monthly renewal. Cancelling an annual plan stops the next annual renewal, and your access continues until the end of the annual term you have already paid for. Any refund for the remaining period is handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

4. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the price in effect at that time, unless you cancel before the renewal date. We may notify you in advance of an upcoming renewal where required.

5. Your Data After Cancellation

After cancellation or expiry, your account may be downgraded or suspended. We may retain your account data for thirty (30) days so that you can reactivate, after which it may be permanently deleted. Please export any data you wish to keep before cancelling.

6. Reactivation

You may resubscribe at any time. Whether your previous data is still available will depend on the retention period described above.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy occasionally. All changes will be posted here and dated below. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
